Meet the co-founders
Jonny Clarke
Jonny serves as the Senior Pastor of City Life Church in Sunderland, England. He is passionate about developing people's potential and helping them flourish in life.
As an accredited minister with Assemblies of God (AOG), Jonny also serves as a Zone Leader for AOG in the North of England, providing guidance to churches across the North East and Cumbria.
Before entering ministry, Jonny worked for an international media organization for over seven years.
Jonny has a passion for leadership development and helping leaders elevate their leadership effectiveness. The Leadership Community is a natural extension of this passion.

Julian Clark
Julian is an established thought leader, author of "19 Leadership Lessons I Would Tell My Younger Self," and speaker. With an eclectic ministerial footprint spanning thirty years, he specializes in self-leadership, leading others, and helping the next generation grow in their leadership. Julian also works with churches, guiding them in building their own leadership communities.
Julian's diverse audience generates significant interest, and he holds various leadership positions throughout the region. He hosts the weekly "Lead You Pop-Up" on social media and co-hosts both "The Leaders of the Future Podcast" and "The Leadership Community Podcast." Currently, Julian serves as the Director of North East Youth for Christ and is part of the Leadership Team at City Life Church Sunderland.
He is married with three daughters and one grandson, and remains a lifelong Brighton supporter.
